Sirena Sunday
Tales of mermaids have been around for centuries, and form a large part of seafaring lore, especially round the coastal areas of Britain such as Cornwall, and the Northern Isles of Scotland. Their sighting was thought to be a bad omen, foretelling storms and rough seas. There are numerous folk tales describing their interaction with humans.
Welcome to my Beachcombers Cove Blog. In it I hope you will find some interesting views of art, handmade jewelry, birds, music, family, and life in general. Remember, life is too short to do without the arts.

I'm so glad we mermaids have overcome our reputations. Most of us are fairly good girls. I am. You are. In fact, I never met a mermaid I didn't like.
Well... wait a minute, there was that one red head in the hotel hot tub...
lol, I've heard the wayward ones hang out there, but I thought she was blonde.
