Flamingo Friday
It takes about 3 years for a flamingo chick to develop its full coloration. Flamingos will not breed until they get their full pink coloration.
The color of flamingos depends on their diet. The more they eat plankton and shrimp, the pinker they get. If flamingos eat mainly fish, they will be light pink to grey.

Gotta love a pink birdie... I wonder if the other birds are jealous?
Beautiful bird. That baby is so cute. Thanks for sharing with us.
